The banner at the top is a photo from a swim in Huntsville, Alabama. I chose it because I like to think while I swim. Whether laps in the pool or swimming across a lake, many ideas expressed on this site happened or were refined during swims.

 

Swimming also reflects my approach to practicing law and life in general. There is a mental discipline and a tenacity to saying, "Just keep swimming." ​I enjoy applying these "hallmarks" to any project I tackle. I hope the content here inspires you and makes you think.
